Inspired by a sketch by Da Vinci and patented in 1930, the Dynasphere was a giant gasoline-powered monowheel you’d sit INSIDE of. How the hell do you steer it? Well… that’s exactly where the problems start. Let’s just say it was a tad bit impractical (to say the least!). And so, while its inventor was hugely optimistic, it eventually… failed.
