Hello Maude,
A few years ago something kept happening in my courses.
People would get coached, or witness someone else get coached,
and leave changed. Because something had shifted for everyone and
in how they were holding it. Being in the room worked,
comforted, and championed, on several levels.
We started calling it the magic of witnessing. And eventually we
realized: this is its own thing. It deserves its own container.
That’s how In The Room was born. Grounded medicine. A soft place
to land that also has a spine.
I’ve been offering it quietly to a small circle for a while now.
And I keep coming back to the same feeling: this is exactly the
kind of room the world needs more of right now. Not because
things are hard — though they are — but because we were built for
hard. We just need somewhere to remember that.
So I’m opening the doors wider... and with a sliding scale.
And I want you in.
Here’s what it actually is:
Six live coaching sessions every month- two time options most
weeks so you can come when it works for you. Come to all of them
or drop in when something is alive for you. No attendance
requirements. No catching up.
Each session: you bring what’s real, I coach, the community
witnesses.
And here’s what happens:
I don’t circle your story. I go for the jugular of truth; the
clarity beneath the fog, the structural tension underneath the
noise.
After 25 years of doing this, I know where to listen.
Accountability here isn’t a program feature that feels like a
flogging rod. It’s accountability to yourself; to who you are,
who you were, and who you’re becoming.
Coaching In The Room is a craft, not a disciple of a framework or
a guru. It meets you in the moment with exactly what you need.
Some days you’re in the chair getting coached. Some days you
witness quietly- and leave just as moved.
Both matter. Both do something real.
You don’t have to perform. You don’t have to say anything. You
can witness quietly as a force of nature. Held in community and
seen individually.
We build the future we desire while navigating the present.
At home. At work. In secret. In public.
To meet you on the days where the world feels like too much and
then emerge remembering you were born for it.
To create it. To shape it.
That’s what we do In The Room.
In The Room is offered on a sliding scale: $250 or $350/month.
Three-month commitment, then month-to-month for as long as it
serves you.
If you want to commit to six months and pay in full, you get one
private session with me included — valued at $450 and typically
booked weeks out.
This enrollment window is open until April 6th, or until we reach
capacity. When it closes, it closes. The next window opens when
we’re ready.
If something real is happening in your life right now: a
decision, a transition, a season of unusual weight, you don’t
have to navigate it alone.
Would you like to get in the room with me?

The Room is OPEN
randi@randibuckley.com3/26/2026
Hello Maude,
I’ll be honest with you.
Opening something new right now feels a little strange.
The world is heavy. Many of us are carrying a lot — watching
events unfold, wondering where things are headed, and trying to
make sense of what comes next.
Marketing anything in that context can feel… a little surreal.
And yet, as I hold my vision for what is possible for us, I keep
coming back to this:
The thing I’m opening is literally a place where people can bring
the real things happening in their lives and receive thoughtful
coaching in the presence of others who are also doing the work.
Which feels less like marketing and more like… pointing at the
fire exit.
So here we are.
Despite everything, I still have a deep sense of hope for the
future.
Not the passive kind of hope that waits for things to get better
on their own but the kind that is built.
Built through thoughtful people continuing to reflect, to grow,
to make meaningful decisions about how they live and lead their
lives.
And in my experience, that kind of thinking rarely happens in
isolation.
It happens in rooms where people can say the real things out
loud.
Where complexity is welcome.
Where perspective widens, compassion appears, and possibilities
begin to emerge that weren’t visible before.
Community isn’t a nice-to-have.
It’s one of the ways we find our footing and build what comes
next.
Over the past decade of coaching, I’ve noticed something else.
The deepest transformations rarely happen during the teaching.
They happen during live coaching.
It’s the closest thing I’ve found to bringing real 1:1 coaching
into a room where everyone can learn from the work.
One person brings something real into the room — a decision, a
relationship tension, a question they can’t quite resolve — and
we work with it together in real time.
Everyone else in the room witnesses the coaching as it unfolds.
And even when someone else is being coached, something often
lands for everyone listening.
An insight.
A recognition.
A shift.
That’s the quiet power of coaching in community.
Last year I began offering a version of this space to a small
circle of alumni.
No curriculum.
No formal program.
Just a room where people could bring what was real in their lives
and receive coaching while others witnessed and learned alongside
them.
The impact was profound.
It quickly became one of my favorite ways to work.
So I decided to open the room a little wider.
It’s called In The Room (
https://eb184829.click.kit-mail3.com/o8uwgzn6e8fqh698rm8hvhqwk5kd4bohqx9/kkhmh6hnrp969gal/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cucmFuZGlidWNrbGV5LmNvbS9pbnRoZXJvb20=
).
Here’s what it looks like in practice:
At least six live coaching sessions each month, offered at two
different times so you can attend when life cooperates.
Each session includes real coaching.
Some weeks you may be the one bringing something forward and
receiving coaching.
Other weeks you may simply witness someone else’s work and
realize their question was somehow also yours.
Both experiences are powerful.
And because enrollment is open, if you decide to join you can
start as soon as next week’s sessions.
Here’s what Claire said about being in the room:
“Any room with Randi in it is a room you want to be in.
Randi’s wisdom and ability to coach you through almost anything
is such a gift, and to be able to benefit from this in the
company of the exquisite humans she brings together makes In The
Room one of the best investments I’ve ever made.
I often show up thinking I don’t have anything for coaching that
week, and inevitably realize I am also dealing with the same
challenges others have brought for coaching. Even when I’m not
the one being coached, I benefit immensely from hearing others
being coached so expertly by Randi.
I always leave feeling refreshed and reenergised.”
— Claire Mahon
Human Rights Attorney, Geneva
—
The investment is $300/month.
I remain committed to an offer that makes coaching as accessible
as I can.
If this resonates, I’d love to have you in the room.
And if it doesn’t, you know me: No worries!
But please find your people somewhere.
Find a place where you can bring the real things you’re carrying.
Get support.
Receive reflection.
Have your goodness mirrored back to you.
Because this is a complicated time to be a person.
And you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Personal coaching, grounded in "not too much" community.

This feels strange to send.
randi@randibuckley.com3/11/2026
Hello Maude,
Over the past few weeks, several of my coaching conversations
have included a version of this:
“It feels like a double bind,” she said.
“If I don’t resolve this, something in me will die.
And if I do nothing, I’ll have died with it unresolved.”
If you’ve related, you know the feeling of not wanting something
unfinished to become the story that defines you.
Not dramatic. Not theatrical.
A real sentence spoken quietly with weight and fatigue.
I recognize it myself.
There are seasons when time feels abstract and forgiving.
This does not feel like one of them.
There are decisions that press against the ribs.
Risks that feel like they will either expand a life or narrow it.
Unfinished conversations that hum beneath everything else.
So when someone says, “I don’t want to die with this unresolved,”
what I hear underneath it is this:
I don’t want this to define me.
Not my capacity.
Not my love.
Not my integrity.
That is not melodrama.
That is the fear of living inside the wrong story.
When something begins to feel like it could define us, we do not
become decisive.
We become careful.
We hold still.
We rehearse outcomes.
And the longer it stays unspoken, the more permanent it feels.
Silence turns fear into identity.
I do not have a prescription for resolution. Some things do not
resolve cleanly. Some mistakes cannot be undone.
But I do know this:
Verdicts harden in isolation.
And authorship returns in movement, the shift from living inside
a script to writing your own.
Not the kind that performs competence.
The kind that risks being seen mid-process.
Sometimes that movement is a boundary.
Sometimes it is a decision made without full certainty.
Sometimes it is simply saying, “I am more afraid of this defining
me than I have wanted to admit.”
Spoken out loud.
In the presence of someone who does not rush to fix you.
That shifts something.
Not because the past disappears.
But because you are no longer alone inside your story.
And if something in you has been pressing against the ribs, you
probably already know what it is.
With gratitude,
Randi

If I don’t resolve this…
randi@randibuckley.com3/3/2026
Hello Maude!
I have something for you! Keep reading.
If you've been around these parts for a while, you'll undoubtedly
heard me talk about how boundaries, and human behavior in
general, is not easily altered with a hack here and there. We're
complex! We're layered! And then I have my whole, holy trinity
of Context, Nuance, and Discernment.
AND YET...
My students (over 1000 of them) and clients often tell me this
little device I crafted is a game changer. This is what I want
to offer you today. Actually, through February 21st.
It's something you might have heard me say before, but as I
introduce The Boundary Edit Kit (
https://eb184829.click.convertkit-mail2.com/75uzwv4nr2s8h6q3ox4szhwrrmr66bnh5en/m2h7h5h3v78wxdam/aHR0cHM6Ly9yYW5kaS1idWNrbGV5LWNvYWNoaW5nLmtpdC5jb20vOWJlZTRjMzU4NA==
) (I love a good double entendre!), you'll receive an audio
recording explaining it and five follow up notes that address the
challenges, concerns, frustrations, and how to implement this
edit and tool. It might not be a solution to everything, but it
can be a dang game changer and a re-orienting to you, start.
Starting Feb. 22nd, it will be something folks can purchase, but
for now, and out of gratitude, it's my offering to you.
To get it, go here:
Get The Boundary Edit Kit (

)
I sincerely hope you enjoy it! It was very fun to make with you
in mind.
I'll be in touch in a few days with the next edition of Randi
Radio.
With gratitude,
Randi

A gift to/for YOU: The Boundary Edit Kit
randi@randibuckley.com2/16/2026
Hello Maude,
I’m entering a new era, and I’d like to tell you about it. Even
more, I hope you’ll join me.
As I’ve alluded to, we’re on the edge of a new era collectively,
and that will take work to craft, curate, nurture, and
metabolize. I see my work fitting into that. I see you fitting
into so much of what is possible and what we’re becoming.
In the muck of all that is, I see a bright horizon. We’re not
there yet, but we were born for these times. Still, we need new
perspectives, new ways, and each other to do it.
Why a new era for me?
It’s mixed and layered. And it’s time.
After retiring Healthy Boundaries for Kind People, delivering and
presenting dissertation #1, and stepping away from most, if not
all of sharing my work on social media, I’m shedding skins of the
past. These things served well. They are solid in their own
right. And we move forward, don’t we?
Over the next few days and weeks, you’ll see and perhaps
experience what that looks like for us together. I was going to
write it all out in a tidy overview, but as I sit here with you
now, it feels like this moment is less about telling and more
about showing.
So let me share what’s current, new as of today,
and what’s coming later this week.
Today, I am super duper stoked to tell you about Witness Coaching
Sessions (
https://eb184829.click.convertkit-mail2.com/0vu9l85de3b9h9vdor2slhv88r855snh9o7/l2hehmhle05gzot6/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cucmFuZGlidWNrbGV5LmNvbS9yYW5kaXJhZGlv
) (new thing #1). Listen in!
These are fully consented, ethical coaching sessions where you
get to listen in and witness the coaching itself. I am a huge fan
of witnessing, and it’s been part of my community coaching
offerings for nearly two decades. It’s even seeping into my
research.
There is so much available in witnessing, being present to
another person’s coaching without fixing, advising, or
performing.
Today, Marie’s session is dropping on Randi Radio (
https://eb184829.click.convertkit-mail2.com/0vu9l85de3b9h9vdor2slhv88r855snh9o7/l2hehmhle05gzot6/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cucmFuZGlidWNrbGV5LmNvbS9yYW5kaXJhZGlv
) (new thing #2). I invite you to listen and notice what moves in
you. Can you relate?
I might not coach you the way I coached Marie. Coaching is about
revealing and facilitating your learning about yourself. And
there is plenty here to take in as Marie talks about her
stuckness and loss of spark in her work post Covid. I had a great
time with her, and I suspect you will too.
In a few days, we’ll release Grace’s session. Then Tammi’s. I’ll
also weave in other episodes, me riffing on current events,
coaching, people, and the things we’re living through.
Over 100 of you applied to be coached for a Witness Coaching
session. Thank you. Truly. I’ll continue reaching out and
scheduling sessions in the weeks and months ahead. When you visit
Randi Radio (
https://eb184829.click.convertkit-mail2.com/0vu9l85de3b9h9vdor2slhv88r855snh9o7/l2hehmhle05gzot6/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cucmFuZGlidWNrbGV5LmNvbS9yYW5kaXJhZGlv
), you’ll also see a link to apply if you’d like to record a
session yourself.
On Friday, it’s my birthday.
I can’t believe I even admitted that, as I’m not a birthday
person. Not in a “I hope they remember and surprise me” way, but
more in a “Is this day done yet?!” way. And yet, here we are.
I mention it because rather than centering me, I’m offering a
gift to you.
On Friday, I’m releasing, sharing, unveiling, whatever we’re
calling it, the Top Boundary Tool I can offer (new thing #3).
Now here’s the thing. I am not about boundary hacks, scripts, or
tips. I’m about depth psychology, values, and identity. And yet,
time and again, people tell me this particular tool is profoundly
helpful, whether you’re just getting your bearings or need to re
ground yourself in healthy boundaries.
The tool, along with a five email follow up, will be available
for about a week before I gate it, along with this newsletter
(new thing #4). (You're good to go.)
There’s more to come. Much more. But that’s plenty for now.
I’m brimming with new era energy. And if you’re not quite feeling
yours yet, I invite you In The Room with us. Lean into what’s
here as we navigate the turbulent waters of this moment and make
our way toward a shore built on hope, values, justice, and
excellence.
As I pull away from sharing my work on social media, feeling a
bit like violinist Joshua Bell playing in a DC Metro station,
I’ll be sharing more here. Via email (Honestly and to be fair,
new thing #5.), Randi Radio, workshops around the world, and
select podcasts.
I’m really glad you’re here.
Check out Marie’s Witness Coaching Session (
https://eb184829.click.convertkit-mail2.com/0vu9l85de3b9h9vdor2slhv88r855snh9o7/l2hehmhle05gzot6/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cucmFuZGlidWNrbGV5LmNvbS9yYW5kaXJhZGlv
), and I’ll send you the link to opt in, my birthday gift to you,
to the World’s Best Boundary Tool this weekend.
Context. Nuance. Discernment.
With gratitude,
Randi
